New Office System!!

Thanks to Alchemist Pride inspiring me, I've created a new office system in the central command and a room system in the homunculi HQ!
Also, this has given me the ability to even out the subordinate system, since you are appointed random superiors/subordinates when the time comes. X3

If you rank Colonel or higher, you'll get your own office group of subordinates, and they'll just randomly add to yours. It depends ^.^;; So yeah. Enjoy the new system, guys!
