Train time for Revel

Revel stretched and looked around the training zone. She needed some training for certain. She usuallly ran from fights.. well rather teleported away. The wind blew briefly and ruffled her short hair.

Daigoro sighed as he walked into the training area. He felt the brief wind go through his hair, and he smiled.

Perfect time for training. Absolutely perfect. He looked around, and noticed a familiar face.

"Huh?"

Rrevel looked up and waved at Dai, "Oh Dai! Hi! I was uhmm.. passing by and uhmm.." Her voice seemed to drift. She didn't really know what to say.

Daigoro sighed. So she was trying to make excuses?

"Don't try, Revel. I know why you're here..." He smiled soflty.

Revel smiled nervously, "I'm not a very good liar, huh?" Her smile was cute and insecure, "Truth is.. I'm so weak.. a beatle could defeat me.."

Daigoro smiled softly. He'd felt ike that too, just after he'd killed his father.

"Well, then. Would you like me to help you?"

Revel smiled brightly, her hands clasping in front of her as a beggar position fell in place, "Oh please oh please!! Would you really?"

Daigoro nodded. He wouldn't not help her. He was a close friend of hers, and so he had to help.

"Of course I will, Revel."

Revel giggled a squeed, hopping up and down, then as was custom from her home, she leaned up on her balls of her feet and kissed both cheeks, "Thankyouthankyouthankyou! You don't know how much this means to me~!" Hopping back, she did a half twirl, then stood in an odd, almost ballet position as she giggled, awaiting his instructions.

Daigoro blinked at this reaction, and then remembered that Revel was Ishvallan. He smiled softly, and clapped his hands together.

"First instruction: Come at me with all of your strength in a first attack."

Revel nodded and composed herself, then charged, spinning midstrike, to gain force behind her strike, aiming a punch for his stomach.

Daigoro quickly turned his hands, causing the transmutation circles on his palms to co-incide and glow, before pulling them apart sharply. Wind rushed in and filled the space, and that was it. Daigoro had created his shield. As Revel's punch went towards his stomahe move his hadns so that the shield went right in front of hers.

"You're slow." Daigoro said, as the punch collided.

Revel huffed and flicked her wrist, "Ow" She whimpered then sighed. "Hmm... Well how can I speed up?"

Daigoro thought for a second. He calmly remembered how Revel had attacked him before.

"Don't spin. You may gain a little force, but you lose momentum. Push off with your legs, and move your entire body."

Revel huffed and took a deep breath, then tried again, without spinning.

Daigoro quickly moved his hands, trying to block Revel's hit, and realised it. She was a little faster, but that would be enough in some fights. He grinned, and pushed with all his strength.

Revel at the last minute teleported behind Dai and attempted hitting him from behnd, her momentum not changing.

Daigoro blinked when Revel disappeared, and stopped suddenly. That was when he felt the fist hit him in the back.

"Okay, you're plenty fast... How did you..."

Revel smiled and did a little spin "A magician never tells her secrets~~" Holding a finger to her lips and flipped backwards "I'm not worried about my Speed.. it's more my strength.."

Daigoro nodded and reached up behind his head, gripping a handle. Pulling it along, it slid out of his hair with ease. As the long chain-whip moved out and hit the ground, Daigoro smiled.

"Strength, huh? Well then, DEFEND!" Daigoro shouted, and then started wildly swinging the whip at Revel.

Revel let out a squeak of surprise and crossed her arms in an 'x' pattern in front of her face.

Daigoro smirked, and let the whip stop, making sure it didn't reach her body.

"That works... But it's not good enough. Heh..."

Revel opened an eye and looked concerned, "What else can I do?"

Daigoro thought for a second.

"Do you carry any weapons?"

Revel thought a moment, she forgot she even had a weapon temporarily, before flipping out a small, silver dagger with a scimitar shape to it.
