A broken record and a broken family

Takegami stepped off of the train with tented glasses on his face. They were black of course, and complimented his all black clothing. People caught eye of the character because he was still carrying his sword on his waist and wore his military pocket watch like it was a chain around his right leg. The other item that caught people's eye was the pink hairclip attached to a necklace that he wore around his neck. He sighed as he looked around, his crystal blue eyes practically shining behind the tented glasses he wore. A couple of people pointed at the sight of him, for everyone in Reole knew of the man. He commited more than thirty seven murders here, the mayor of the city falling into one of those thirty seven murders.

He smiled wickedly as he walked towards the door that wouold lead himn into the city of Reole before he was approached by the police. They looked at him with disgust on their face and attempted to place him in cuffs. Takegami simply broke both of their arms and kicked them onto a bench before ripping the wanted sign with his face off of the wall. If he was wanted in this city, then maybe he could get away with creating a little havoc...
