Yuan comes again

"A better guess than I've heard in awhile." Yuan grinned slightly. "Some people think I'm cursing at them." he added, reaching into a brown canvas bag slung over his shoulder. He pulled an odd looking wrap out and opened it, pulling out two pieces. He held one in his motuh and offered the other to Alex, trying to think of a way to fold the rest of the food back up with one hand.

Alexander didn't care what it was and snatched the food at first chance, devouring it greedily until it was all gone... that was, until he finally had the taste of chocolate in his mouth and spat out the remained of the bar.
"ACK! A milk substance! Yuck!"

"What, don't like dairy? You're lucky it wasn't all melty." he snickered. "Want a piece of jerky instead?" he asked, holding back a laugh as he tucked away the chocolate in his bag, chewing and swallowing his piece of chocolate.

"Yes, I hate milk, it's the devil's piss in a cup, and I dont drink or eat piss if I can help it." The boy said stubbornly and his arms folded and a pout. What a weird kid indeed, funny, that he actually is Alphonse Elric's descendant and not Edward's, since his attitude is alot more Edward-like than Alphonse-like.

Yuan laughed, a soft, awkward sound that didn't sound like it should be coming from his mouth.. He took out a piece of jerky and held it out. "Just cow meat, not milk."

"Yum!" The boy said enthusiatically as he took the meat and eagerly began to chew on it, happy his stomach was getting something in it.

"Glad to be of service." Yuan smiled slightly. "Any reasons for you being out here?" he continued, his expression mild and intrested.

"Huh? Oh, came with the Fuhrer, something about having to help her with rentanjitsu, I studied it fr a year back when I was a Lt. Colonel, weird stuff, but I understand it enough to use it." He said with a mouthfull of jerky before finally swallowing it and letting out a sigh of relief, before looking up to the guy with a raised eyebrow, "And what about you? What're you doing out here?"

"I had been visiting my adoptive family back in Xing. I refuse to live there, it hurts to much." yuan answered. "I actually just dropped my horse off back in Xerxes, there's no point in having a horse in Amestris." Yuan's voice held a bit of aprehension.

"Hm? True, true, they have a bunch of environment-killing cars back in Amestris. Oh, did you hear about the new technology called 'aeroplanes'? They've just come out recently, though a bit sketchy, I think in about twenty years time humans will be flying everywhere like birds! Great, eh?" The boy asked enthusiastically as he grinned up at his companion.
(Amestris's technology is lagging behind that of our world, remember? So in Amestris planes are just coming in now, since people didn't think of making them before)

"Really? I haven't heard of them. They'll really let people fly?" Yuan looked fascinated, like a four year old seeing animals at the zoo for the first time.

"Yeah, they're amazing! My sister used to tell me about them before... before I left."

Yuan studied his face for a moment. "Left?" he questioned, thinking of how he left Xing, not because it hurt, it only slightly did, but how he left to avoid the names, the fear.

The boy had a bit of a sadened look on his face for a second as the memory of Chamilles words hit him again "You're nothing but a fake! Get out of my house before I kill you!!", and thus, he just nodded and grinned a false grin.
"Yup, left. My sister didn't want me around anymore, so I left and joined the military as a State Alchemist."

"I see, sounds logical." Yuan nodded, fighting back bad thoughts, memories of people whispering his name, no, the 'nickname' they ahd given him.

"Well..." The boy said with a calm look on his face before turning his back the the xingese male, "I'm going to fix myself up some kind of drink, I'm thirsty, dont look if you dont wanna be freaked out."
With that said, the boy used his right foot to transmute a cup from the sand, he then trasmuted his index finger on his right hand to become a lance like that of those named Lust and cut a line up the back of his lower leg, the blood going in the cup until it was full before the wound closed up on its own.
He then transmuted the metal finger back to normal and used his left foot to turn the blood in the sand-cup into water, plus the iron that was in the blood into three small daggers. He then drank the water down quickly and threw away the cup with a grin, before hiding the remainder of the blood under the sand and wiping the blood from his finger onto his skort.
"Well that was refreshing."

"That was disturbing." yuan corrected, staring. Jun squeaked something and bit Yuan on the neck. "Ow!" he yelped, glaring at the rat as blood stained his white and black shirt as the wound healed itslef.

"I told you not to watch." Alexander said in a bored tone before watch the wound of his companion heal, "Can I see you oroborus mark, please?"

"I suppose." yuan said after a moment. He reached back and pulled the peice of string securing his hair. It stuck out at odd angles as he reached up witht he hand not holding the string, gathered his hair, and pulled it up to show the mark on the back of his neck. He had to untie his hair, it was the hair at the base of his ponytail that hid the mark.

"Hm... purple. That's good. Well, I might as well show you mine." The boy said calmly as he pulled off his tight shirt to show the mark on his chest, as purple as Yuan's himself, "Looks like we should stick together, since we're both targets of the homunculi now."

"Humunculi." Yuan's eyes went wide as he tied his hair back once more. "Whyare we targets?" he asked after a moment. the only thing he could think of was his great-grandfather, Ling Yao. He had been four when Ling died, but Yuan remembered him... sort of. sometimes he was very happy, and sometimes he had an odd, sneaky look on his face.

"They need to gather all seven in order to be able to bring in five 'sacrifices'. We're two of the seven, and we're not not that kind of homunculi, so they want to turn us to their side at all costs. Eat a red stone, even one, and your theirs."

"So stay away from them at all costs?" Yuan asked slowly. "How do you know about them? Where do you get this information?" Yuan was slowly getting a head ache, his mind having a hard time processing this information.

"The Fuhrer. She wants me... to go with them." Alexander said with his brow furrowed, "She said 'you are to go with them, but by all costs, don't eat the red stones'."

"She wants you to go with them? That seems a bit... odd. I think I'm glad I'm not in your military. I wouldn't want to see these humunculi." he said in a slow sort of way, as if making sure he pronounced each word perfectly.
