A white short sleeved shirt is worn underneath and long black pants cover his legs. He always wears his Military boots however. His Transmutation Circle is carved into the upper portion of his left arm to stop it from being destroyed or damaged easily.

Personality: Havoc is quiet when meeting someone, he has learnt to not trust people as soon as he meets them, however once his trust is gained he reveals himself to be a sarcastic, sadistic but funny and happy individual.

History:
Havoc's life was very normal, he was interested in alchemy from an early age, at around 15 he began to take it seriously and began working under a skilled alchemist, it took another 5 years before his training was complete. It was then that he began to borderline the taboo, he bagn to use alchemy on himself, somehow bypassing his bodies involuntary 'safety net.' It was this ability to manipulate his own body to such extents with the science that gave him the power to join the Military as a state alchemist at the age of 19.
Two weeks after Havoc's 20th bithday his father fell gravely ill and passed away, he fell into a spiral of depression, which almost caused him to lose his State qualification, his commanding officer managed to help him through this time by piling him with so much work and so many missions that he didnt have time to feel depressed. Well, thats why he liked to think his commanding officer did that.
He has tried to keep killing people to a minimum and tended to often use his Alchemy for defensive purposes or when provoked, a trait that was soon destroyed after a few missions, again sent on by his commanding officer.
RP Sample:
Havoc clapped his hands quickly and the circle carved into his arm glowed brightly as the carbon levels within his body were raised. His opponents blade hit him with full force, but only dug in about a centimetre or two. He coughed, breathing heavily "I may have blocked most of that, but it still hurts like hell ya Jackass !" he shouted before jumping away, changing his body was how he used Alchemy, but it always left him drained very quickly and often had side effects, like the hardening of his body caused him to be alot slower in his reactions and speed, which could mean life or death within the Military.

Havoc ran a finger across the open wound and as he pulled it away he used his Alchemy to cause the blood between his finger and his body to crystalise and freeze into a short, bloody spear. He smiled and lunged forward, stabbing quickly with his blade before throwing it at the opponent. He had no need for ammunition or conventional weapons most of the time, just his body and the short sword he carried just incase. A smirk ripped across his face as his opponent fell to the ground, blood pouring out of his impaled chest.
