Personality: A sweet and kind person, who is on the brink of insanity and very easily scared. Reita has multiple personalities changing his attitude ased on the situation. There's Reita or 'Rose' who is the common flirt and acts very feminine and there is 'Rei' who is the silent type who protects both Reita and Rose. The actual 'Reita' is a calm and collected person with an eccentric style and taste. He's known for being very intelligent and planning army tactics and strategies making him very useful when it comes to war. He tends to avoid direct conversations with people when not needed and keeps to himself. He is a complex person seeing people as 'tools' and searching for a logical solution to everything.

History: Reita was born during the nengo era (current time) on Ichigatsu, Ichijitsu to two military parents. His mother's name was Rosaline Camui and his father was Saito Camui. He was born on the night of a red moon, making all worry of what he would turn out to be like when he got older. Would he be a monstorous character full of anger and evil? Or would he be a character focused on romance and bringing peace? Many saw him as a threat while others saw that he could be a possible blessing from the heavens. Much fuss was made over the child, but it came down to the decision of allowing him to live. Allowing him to grow older was a large mistake. Reita's father was known for being a sadistic military general and only days after Reita was born, his father had disappeared. However, even though his father's prescence was gone, his influence remained engraved in Reita's emotions. Reita became interested in war around the age of six and began studying it more than he did anything else. His mother tried to lure him away from such a frowned upon study by introducing him to many diffrent hobbies, however, none of them worked except for one. The guitar. It helped him stay away from books for maybe two months, untill he started to multi-task. He would stay in his room and read books about war whiloe practicing the guitar at the sametime, along with another study he became infactuated with. Fashion. He was multi-tasking between three things only at the age of seven, and had the knowledge owned by a college professor. His study in war had led him to another study aswell, alchemy. He studied alchemy aswell, even though his mother banned him from studying such things afraid that he would end up hurting himself. Reita was locked in his room day and night, and only came out to eat and workout or get freshair. After years of studying Reita finally decided to try out Alchemy. He practiced over and over and managed to make small toy animals or small stautues of people. After he turned fifteen he began to understand it more, and managed to finally use alchemy like that of a professional alchemist. When the city learned of his practices, many blamed the mother, however, Reita put an end top their complaining. He killed several civilians, however, there was evidence he did anything to them, therefore he wasn't arrested or confined. Reita became a diffrent person that night. He had a lust for blood, and a lust to drink it. During the nights, Reita couldn't sleep, and he was thought to have insomnia, however, no matter how much medicine he took, he would not rest. Untill he prescribed himself a diffrent type of medicine, blood. He killed a bum out in the middle of the street with a sword he found in the basement of his house, and drunk his blood. The next day, when the city found this dead man, they began to investigate everyone. Reita's 'insomnia' caused a stir within the investigation force and he became a prime suspect. For three years he remained undetected, and free. After his eighteenth birthday, Reita killed his mother. She was fussing at him for wanting to join the military, and he had become tired of her constant bickering and yelling and simply wasted no time in ending him. When he realised what he had done, he had started to throw up, however, was able to hold it down. Soon his view on everything began to change, along with his personality. He became deranged, and could hear two other voices in his head. One voice was telling him that he would never let anyone stand in his way while the other was rather feminine and told him that he would be safe as long as they were there.
Reita went to the military and registered to become a state alchemist. Once the time for the exam came up, Reita arrived a totally diffrent person. He had a happy-go lucky attitude, dressed rather femininely, and had changed his name to 'Rose'. Everyone looked at him akwardly, while others had thought he was a woman who had just registered for the tests. He was hit on a couple times, but liked getting the attention and said nonthing of the matter. There was a large stadium filled with trees, a short river, two large mountains and grass almost as if it was a miniature rain forest. Reita studied the area carefully and was told that he had to perform alchemy on the area to create something new. Reita simply pulled out two armwarmers, both of which had the alchemy symbol sewn into them and then traced with red paint, and he simply snapped his hands causing the ground beneath the forest to shift and rocks plunged up from underneath the ground and destroyed trees and even dammed the river. He then clapped his hands together and pointed towards the mountain top and caused the top to crumble leaving a large crater at the top. He then used the air particles around him, and transformed some of them into beautiful, rose petals which rained from the skies above the forest. He then snapped his fingers once more, and lightning surrounded the small petals and they exploded, hundreds of small explosions surrounded the forest. When it was all done with, all that was left behind was the mountain and the destroyed river. He then clapped his hands together gently and placed them on the ground and roses began to rise from the ground. He had created something new by destroying the old, and this they found impressive. After he passed the test, he was given a rather low ranking, but he took it none the less. Soon after, he met a young lady names Sarah. The two connected and had actually gotten married after three years of dating. However, on their wedding day, they were attacked and many of the people at the wedding died, except for Reita.
Reita had arrived late, and walked in smiling, only for that smile to disappear at the sight of all of the dead bodies. He wore a shiny, pink hairclip in his hair, which he quickly touched in hope of waking up from a horrible nightmare, however, he wasn't dreaming. He opened his eyes, and fell to his knees only to hear a loud scream that sounded familiar. He ran through the back doors of the church, and saw his wife being held at gunpoint by three masked figures. One of them spoke, and then took off his mask. When Reita saw the man's face, he was left in disbelief. The man's face and hairstyle was the same as his. They looked like twins, however, despite that fact, he attempted to kill the man, but it was too late. He had shot Sarah, and then vanished in thin air. The other two however, simply turned to dust. Up to this day, Reita has been researching the attack on his wedding, but nonthing seems to match up. He only had three possible solutions, 1. The man wore a mask made to try and scare Reita.
2. Reita was the one that killed Sarah, or rather an unknown part of Reita.
3. Finally, his father had returned.
RP Sample:
Reita sat on the train with a bottle of tea in his left hand, and his favorite book, "The Art of War", in his right hand. He read the book to himself silently, listening to the sounds around him. He carefully placed his tea on the cart and pulled out his headset, and began to listen to some music while reading, and reached for his tea. He sipped it slightly when he noticed something outside the train. Suddenly, the train came to an abrupt stop and Reita nearly spilled his tea. He stood up and placed the book and tea down, however, the headset remained in his left pocket, and his headphones remained in his ears. He opened the door to the dining cart, and saw that none was inside. He proceeded with caution, and laid his left hand on the handgun he kept on his left side underneath his jacket. He pulled it out slowly after hearing a loud bang from the cart ahead. He looked through the window and saw a bunch of gruely men robbing the passengers. Reita simply slipped his gloves on, and snapped his fingers, and the train began to rock unsteadily knocking the robbers off their feet and stumbling into the walls. Reita then moved in and shot each one of them down, his precision and accuracy perfect. He then made sure that everyone was of no harm. He walked forward to the next cart, and found the driver hiding in a corner. He had pissed himself, and was crying, which only made Reita sigh in disappointment. He gave the conductor a new pair of clothes, and all returned to normal.
Reita suddenly got a call on his cellphone when he sat down. When he looked at the caller ID, he simply sighed and hung up. He leaned back and began reading his book once again, and sipped his tea lightly. He sighed happily and smiled slightly before reaching into his pocket and making sure he had grabbed a few dollars from those thieves after killing them. He brushed his long blonde hair out of his face and revealed his blue eye and smiled lightly. He then felt his phone vibrate against his leg, and he then thought about answering it, however, he just closed once again and continued reading.
"I need a serious vacation, but i suppose this'll do for now."
Reita chuckled slightly and closed the cart door, and started on his reading once more, his headphones turned all the way up to drown out all other sounds.

Someone with split personality disorder eh? This'll be fun... Oh, if you want, you can be on league with the homunculi, but since your an alchemist, you cant be one of them... unless you want to be the male leader of the homunculi? We're in need of one! He's going to be a human/homunculus combination -means he can do alchemy and he heals fast-, and his goal is to create a nation-wide transmutation circle around Amestris -the old one was collapsed and caved in ages ago, so it would need to be rebuilt- and using 5 sacrifices, it was to be activated and every soul in amestris will be absorbed into the new stone, and since homunculi have no souls, they'll survive it.
That's 'Mother' and 'Father's' goal anyhow.

Bleh, I just remembered, you have to register for your military rank ETC in the 'Rank Registration' section, in the army registration category. If you just fill out the state alchemist's form, you will be granted with the rank of major if you graduate from the PMed exam OR if you fill out both, you get the rank of your choosing whether you are accepted as a state alchemist or not.
