The Death of Reita?

Reita stood in his office in his military uniform looking out window at the rainy skies. He bore an emotionless look on his face, and his eyes seemed colder than ice. He held a glass of red wine in his left hand, and with a toast to the window he sipped it lightly. Suddenly, he dropped the glass and fell to the floor. The glass broke and a guard came running in. He saw Reita on the floor and screamed for help. Several other guards came running in and all saw the dead man on the floor. They tried bringing him back and screaming for help. Neither worked, however, they all stopped what they were doing when they heard a sound they wish they only heard in nightmares. It was the sound of laughter from a voice known in every nation far and wide. This voice was known especially in Drachma, Aerugo, Amestris, Xing, and FrostDeath for they are the places where the laughter was heard most. it was the voice of nightmares and scary movies.
The guards all turned towards the door to see a figure in all black standing at the door. He had short black hair, blue eyes that seemed to glow dimly in the light, a long black coat, a black button up shirt, a black belt going diagnolly across his waist, black pants, black heels, and Reita's sword, Bloodied Rose, on his left hip in a sheath. He bore a sadistic smile, and his laughter sounded like that of a crazed lunatic in an asylum. His eyes were wide and full of lust, and his lean body figure was up against the wall. He looked down on the guards who were trembling in fear and wouldn't move. They all knew who this figure was, hell, practically every nation knew who he was. His name was Takegami Teijirou, a cannabalistic serial killer who was arrested three years ago. This man may have seemed like someone you'd forget in a year, hwoever, his actions struck fear into everyone no matter how far in time you are.He was known for killing innocent people, and then eating their hands and feet along with drinking their blood. He did this for several long years before he was finally caught by the police. They took him in for a psychic evaluation, which didn't turn out to well.
During the evaluation, he was asked only one question, and that was because that was all he would allow the man to ask. He sat in his seat, quiet, staring at the man with a emotionless expression. The man proceeded to ask the questions as following:
"Why do you eat human flesh?"
Takegami decided he wouldn't take this man seriously, and gave him a question for an answer.
"Why do you eat the flesh of cows?"
The man wrote down his reply and set his pen down before proceeding to ask another question.
"Is eating human flesh the same as a cow to-"
The man was cut off in the middle of his question by Takegami who grabbed a pen and stabbed the man through the hand. The man screamed in pain, and Takegami leapt onto the table with a crazed, sadistic smile on his face before he bit into the man's neck. Guards ran into the room and pulled Takegami off, however, he had ripped a chunk of flesh out of the man's neck, causing him to die instantly. The guards struggled to hold him because he kept trying to eat their hands, and was given a mouth mask as to restrain him from biting. He was sentenced to death, and given the choice of eletricution or lethal injection, however, he chose neither. He instead chose to be hung privately. During his hanging, he was brought forward in a straight jacket, and the prosecutors stood behind a bullet proof glass window. They asked him if he had any final words, and he gave them a reply that would haunt them in their sleep until death.
"Takegami Teijirou, do you have any final words?"
Takegami replied with a sadistic chuckle before speaking up in a crazed tone.
"I will be called back from the dead. I will kill you all.... and feast upon your flesh. I will definately... be reborn."
After he said his final words, they placed a black hood over his face, and placed the noose around his neck. Even during this process, he laughed his crazed, sadistic laugh until he was dropped and hanged. Even during his hanging, people thought they could still hear his laughter echoing through the room. Everyone thought he was dead, except for now. He stood before the guards, and hanging from the right side of his pants was a military pocketwatch. Somehow he had became a state alchemist, and none of them knew how. However, the truth is that Takegami never died. Takegami was one of Reita's alter egos, and seeing as how rumors were floating around about Reita being 'Father' he felt it be safer if he faked his death and continued his journey under his other personality known as Takegami, or 'Rei', for those who knew the personalities of Reita. He ordered the guards to take the fake Reita's body out of the room, and they listened against their will and took the body out. He walked over to the chair, and sat down in it and crossed his legs femininly. He poured himself a glass of wine from a diffrent bottle, and sipped it lightly before chuckling sadisticly. With Reita's bubbelely personality, Rose, under the firm control of Takegami, things would be run a little diffrently.

(OOC-...why? lol takegami is harder to type than Reita and that post too long and WAH! oh, and in seriousness, can you sum this up for me?)

[OOC-Sure, Reita died, takegami takes his position in the military and Orden, and this pretty much just tells of an odd story of how Takegami came to be. He was hanged, but is magically still alive after people saw he was dead, but now everyone is wondering why Reita would adopt a cannabalistic serial killer into his ranks to become his successor. But it dosen't matter now, Reita's dead and Takegami is the new leader, nonthing that can change it now.]

(OOC-fine...but as far as I'M concerned, i will forever call you reita...or bangles...and occasionally Take in reference to your NEW character... oh and make a post in the morgue for Reita.)
