To Become Stronger [Open]

After being attacked by Envy, Darkamaru came to the fighting arena. He had to train more. Improve his agility and speed. Had he gotten rusty by being away from his caravan for so long? He had to practice more than ever if Envy could get a blow in on him! That meant that Reita could too...He pulled out his daggers and began throwing them at targets, hitting the bulls-eye almost every time. Then, he loaded the daggers into a machine. It began shooting them at him and he skillfully dodged most of them, only getting hit twice on his automail, and the edge of a blade gliding acroos his other arm. The wound healed quickly however. Now he waited for someone else to arrive.

Darkamaru looked at Reita. He knew it wasn't the right time to kill him. He also knew that Reita wouldn't kill him yet. "Alright Reita. I need to fight against you anyways, to see your weaknesses." Darkamaru pulled a dagger from the wall and pulled one of his .44's from his cloak. He wouldn't use it to fight though. He would use it to remote control the knife in the air.

Darkamaru saw the petals, and knowing it to be alchemy, hid beneath his shadow. In a quick and fluid motion, he threw the dagger, shot the handle so as to point it downward slightly, to strike Reita's knee, holstered his pistol, and unsheathed Shatterpoint.

Darkamaru lunged at Reita, allowing his sword to clash with Reita's. At close range, He forced his shadow into the blade, expelling it to fire shards of the sword at Reita's joints. "You really ought to research your so called 'children'. That's my advice for after this fight."Darkamaru smiled, still blocking Reita's sword with his own.

Darkamaru, in a truly acrobatic maneuver, did a flip to the side, landed on his hands, and caught the sword by the handle with his feet. "Gotta try a little harder, Reita." He grinned and in another motion, threw it back at it's owner. he then held his left arm out at Reita. Then, suddenly, a missile was blasted from his sleeve at Reita's feet. Moving very quickly and with a powerful blast radius, it would be hard to miss.

"You think I didn't expect that?HA!" He quickly twisted and turned, avoiding each bullet. A grenade fell down between them from the shadow of the camp hanging on the ceiling. when it reached them, it exploded, knocking them both backwards. In the smoke however, Darkamaru pulled Slayingblade's handle from his shadow as well as the blade from his sleeve. He connected the two as well as pulling a chain from his cloak, connecting it to his scythe. Then he fell into his shadow, hiding like a cheetah in wait of it's prey...

"Bingo." Pride knew exactly what Reita would do. He reformed inside the dome due to the total darkness inside. Once inside, he held his arm towards what he assumed to be Reita. He blasted several missiles at it and then at several other points. Then he did what no one could have predicted ANYONE was stupid or crazy enough to do. He covered his head with Slayingblade and fired his rocket downward. He was blasted upwards, using Slayingblade to destroy the roof of the dome. It collapsed as he left it, crushing anything inside it.

Darkamaru, a knowledged weapon master, heard Reita pulling the trigger, a simple trick to bypass a silencer. Then, with his genuine skill, he pulled out his .44 again and shot the bullet as it came at him. He landed about 25 meters from Reita. The distance allowed him time to pull a 12 gauge from the front of his robe along with a scope and a bayonet. After quickly assembing his weapon, he took aim at Reita and opened fire on him, shooting 10 bullets at vasrying angles and directions.

Darkamaru, surprised at the copy of his own trick, vanished into his shadow. "Now time for some fun." As he vanished, every shadow in the vicinity moved to form about 20 or so circles around Reita. Darkamaru then fired his arm-bazooka which caused each hole to become a tunnel for them. But these rockets were special. He had made them into heatseeking rockets.

Darkamaru's voice also echoed as he was still hidden. "Nothing is inevitable. A tactician like yourself should know the solid fact that every movement is a gamble but an ace up the sleeve wins. But we aren't playing poker, now are we? More like Russian Roulette." Darkamaru smiled from his unknown perch, in the shadow of a cloud, using Malice to hover behind the watery mass.

Pride fell from the sky, coated in blood and apparently dead. His 'corpse' hit a tree and rolled to the ground with a thud. He was now in front of Reita, with his chest split open.he was dead as a doornail.

(OOC-just so you know, its an illusion Darkamaru had planned. BUT REITA DOESN'T KNOW THAT! xD)

OOC: Your kidding me, right?

IC: Reita yawned as he vanished once again into thin air. This was obviously a trap, for Reita didn't even use the attack yet. His opponent tried to go three steps ahead, but tripped on his way forward into his plans. It was now Reita's turn to make his opponent fall for his trap. Reita snapped his fingers as the fake body was torn to shreds by vines which pulled at his body forcively ripping it.

"Not good enough."

"I see you like my trick?" Darkamaru grinned as his foot came flying at Reita's head while Reita was busy destroying the fake. "I said this was a game of Russian Roulette and so far, my gun hasn't been loaded yet. but you fired yours when you started this fight."

Pride remembered the petals as he saw the first few. He grinned. "Still a gamble." With that, he pulled a handful of grenades from his pouch and hurled them into the air along with several explosive cartridges. He then blasted them with several dozen rockets, creating a massive explosion that obliterated the forest including the petals which actually added to his explosion.
