Visiting a small town

Xan walked over to Revel and took the bow away from her.

Perhaps you need a demonstration. Watch me and try to copy what I do.

Then, Xan pulled the string back, aimed at his target, and hit the head of the first clone. He hit the center of the forehead, to be precise.

Now, do I need to do it again, or can you do it?

Revel blushed, obviously embaressed of not knowing how to use a simple weapon. She nodded and held out her hands for the bow.

Xan resisted all urges to laugh at what Take was asking. For Revel to do that would take quite a long time worth of training. Or would it?

Take, I find myself wondering if it would be easier to start Revel off with throwing knives? They don't take as much time to use as a bow and seem to be a bit easier to use. If you can use them right.

Revel crumpled to her knees in tears again. Why.. why did this keep happening? The nightmares flooding through her mind, she let out another scream of pain. After a few moments, it seemed she was getting faster.. smarter at how to dull the pain, she rose to her feet and picked up the bow. "What is it you wanted?" she asked in a calm tone.. almost not her anymore.

Xan looked on in relative calmness. Actually, it was more of a curiosity at the changed Revel. He could almost literally see the darkness, like an aura around her slender frame. Well, Take sure knew how to give people power, Xan could give him that.

Well now Take, let me guess, this new and improved Revel has amazing accuracy and reflexes right?

Revel looked annoyed at Take, her patience drained muchquicker in this form as she teleported behind him, blade to his throat... again. It wasn't Revel, it was Extravagance and for some reason, she always had an urge to kill... the nearest person. Of course it was Take.. the source of her irratation....

Revel frowned and wiped her lips, "Trick an enemy into underestimating you.. and you've won half of the battle." She said darkly and took aim with her bow.. at Xan. "Now.. let's start.." she whispered darkly, shooting off a few arrows.

Xan pulled a dagger of his own and ran towards Revel. He may as well get some practice in too, right? He disappeared in a flash of light and reappeared in front of Revel, having dodged all of the arrows on the way.

I'm bored, so I think that I'm going to attack you now. Let's enjoy ourselves, shall we?

Xan's eyes became lit up with amusement, and he briefly wondered if Revel was even able to block this kind of weapon before he brought it down, aiming to cut her throat. She was a homunculus, so she would survive.

Revel was quicker than him, being a slender build and much smaller, and managed to duck out of the way, getting a bit of a haircut though.. it was close... She spun the blade of the bow around over her head, the razorsharp edges aiming at his torso as she appeared behind him in a blink of an eye and flipped her dagger into the other hand.

Xan simply sighed, then disappeared. He appeared behind Revel, about ten feet away, and was pointing his palm at her.

I figured you'd try that. Take had indeed trained you well, but now you are predictable becuase you and him do that same thing. You need some new moves kid.

Then Xan put his hand on to the underside of his bracer on his right hand and fired the hidden gun mechanism built into the bracer.

Revel grinned and disappeared again, reappearing under Xan, she sliced at the inside of his leg, then disappeared again, a whirlwind of sand beginning to obstruct view.

Xan winced as he felt his leg being sliced open. Then the wound healed as the dirt around them began to move around and obstruct his view. Hmmm....the girl was definatly improving. But, she wasn't going to have it that easy.

Xan jumped high into the air, dodging the daggers, and gathered around him an immense amount of light, forming an armor and wings of light that kept him high in the air. Now he was ready to fight.

Revel spun the bow a few times in her hand and fired a barrage of arrows, however when they reached a seemingly not there-target, they dispersed into three seperate arrows each. She grinned down, watching through slitted eyes from a tree haven, her petit body hidden in the leaves.

Xan chuckled and put up a light barrier that stopped the arrows. Then, he covered his hands with light gauntlets and charged at Take. His wings kept him in the air and allowed him to go at incredible speeds.

Takegami slashed his blade n a more... tactical style then usual. Instead of aiming to stab or randomly slashing, he planned his movements ahead, and made them slightly more focused. He clashed with Xan's guantlets once, and flippe backwards, landing on the air, causing dust to life from the sky somehow. He then came back at Xan and slashed diagnolly, horizontally, diagnolly,and then leapt into the air and slashed at him, before turning the other way, slashing at him backwards, and then repeating the action once more.

[OOC: Basically, it's Zhou Yu's third charge attack. Just incase the explanation was... confusing lol]
